BEing Wholistic Collective
Vanessa created BEing Wholistic Collective as a sacred response to a world that too often teaches trauma survivors to fragment, silence themselves, and survive at the expense of their truth. I know that healing isn’t linear, clinical, or confined to a single modality, it’s cyclical, cellular, and sacred. It happens in the nervous system and the soul. It occurs when we feel safe enough to return to ourselves.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and trauma specialist who walks with those navigating the aftermath of complex and adult sexual trauma, I’ve learned that true healing must honor the whole being, mind, body, and spirit. My work is not just a profession, it’s a calling. It’s a reclamation of the sacred. A remembering.

At BEing Wholistic Collective, we blend clinical wisdom with ancient healing arts, fusing the structure of brain science with the mystery of spirit. We draw upon Polyvagal Theory, energy practices, chakra-based wisdom, and somatic healing to help people reinhabit their bodies and rewrite the stories they’ve carried in silence. This is not about bypassing pain, it’s about transmuting it. It’s about turning survival into sovereignty.
Our mission is to empower trauma navigators with resilience skills, conscious community, and spiritually-integrated tools that support them in reclaiming their voice, their power, and their wholeness. Whether we’re guiding someone through therapeutic rituals, intuitive astrology sessions, sound healing, or integrative psychotherapy, the goal remains the same: to help each being reconnect with their innate wisdom and live with intention and authenticity.

I envision a world where serenity replaces survival, where ritual is medicine, where we remember that science and spirit are not separate, but partners in healing. Through education, consulting, and ethical integration of holistic practices into modern therapy, I hold space for a future in which trauma no longer defines us, and where laughter, belonging, and deep presence become our new nervous system baseline.
This is not just about healing.
It’s about coming home.
To your Self. To your story.
To the sacred wholeness you’ve always been.
Welcome to the Collective. Let’s rise, whole.
We empower trauma navigators with resilience skills, conscious community and holistic and spiritually-integrated practices to reclaim their voice, power, and sense of Self. We equip individuals with the tools to detach from trauma narratives, cultivate self-awareness, and embody resilience.
We bring together the spiritual and the scientific, showing how ancient wisdom and modern brain science can work hand in hand. Using tools like astrology, Reiki, sound therapy, body-based healing, and simple rituals, we help people feel calm, make sense of their stories, and reconnect with who they truly are. Our work isn't about staying stuck in the past — it's about creating a better present. Through education, consulting, and ethical integration of holistic and spiritual practices into psychotherapy, we envision a world where serenity, laughter, and deep connection replaces survival mode.

All Collective therapists are Associates who have earned their Master's Degree and completed a minimum of 150 face to face counseling hours as a Marriage and Family Trainee and a minimum of 960 hours as a Social Worker Trainee.
What this means for you is that all our therapists are be closely supervised and actively trained throughout your therapy experience. This benefits both you and the therapist as they obtain experience in providing high-quality care!
I'm a Sound & Embodiment Facilitator at BEing Wholistic Collective. I believe healing isn't always found in words — sometimes it's in breath, in stillness, and in remembering that your body already knows the way home.
My journey into this work was born through deep personal transformation. In 2023, I made the courageous decision to leave a marriage shaped by addiction and trauma, and to rebuild a new life with my two children. In that unraveling, I experienced profound loss, disconnection, and the challenge of starting over. What guided me forward wasn't traditional therapy, but the practices of breathwork, sound, meditation, and somatic healing — pathways that helped me reconnect to myself in a deeper way.
That reconnection became the foundation of my work. Through dedicated mentorship and training, I became certified in Reiki I & II, crystal singing bowls, and breathwork, integrating these modalities into the spaces I now hold.
My offerings center on sound baths and Yin restorative yoga — gentle, intentional practices that invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner landscape. These experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied presence.
I create spaces rooted in safety, compassion, and grounded connection — because I know how vital that is. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. You only have to be willing to feel, to breathe, and to return to yourself.
I'm so glad you're here.
I'm the founder of BEing Wholistic Collective. I believe in creating sacred, integrative spaces where healing, self-inquiry, and soul-alignment are honored. My mission is to bridge science and spirit, empowering individuals to embody posttraumatic growth, reclaim their inner wisdom, and lead lives anchored in authenticity and purpose.
My approach blends Polyvagal Theory — honoring your body's wisdom to create new pathways of connection, resilience, and trust; Jungian/Depth Psychology — exploring dreams, archetypes, and the magic woven into your healing journey; Somatic Psychology — where release becomes ritual and embodiment becomes remembrance; and a blend of Energy Psychology.
I hold advanced training in mind-body-soul methodologies, holistic nutrition, somatic practice, AstroPsychology, Reiki, and breath-based energy work. My approach is intuitive and grounded, weaving together science, spirit, and ancestral wisdom.
Through years of supporting survivors of trauma, I've learned that true transformation begins when we stop trying to "fix" ourselves, and instead remember who we were before the world told us to be small. BEing Wholistic is the space I needed during my own awakening. Now, I offer it to you.
